I spent 15 years working in the recruitment industry for one of the world's leading recruitment company's. During this time I conducted thousands of interviews and supported hundreds of clients on their hiring decisions. From being with the hiring manager at every step, I've amassed a detailed understanding of what works and what doesn't work during the entire recruitment process, from application to interview. I've also supported a wide range of people on how to transition from one sector to another by truly understanding their transferable skills and how to showcase them.
